Saady is an Associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. She is a key member of the following area of the Firm: Competition & Antitrust. Saady represents clients in antitrust matters including those that have an important element regarding mergers and acquisitions, investigations and complex litigation. She has experience in a wide range of industries including the following: Broadcasting, Media, and Telecommunications. Saady is a former officer of the Federal Communication Institute (IFT) in Mexico City. She has been involved in cartel investigations, unilateral conducts and other government investigations related to barriers to entry, market regulation, rate regulation and dominance as well as significant transactions of different public and private companies in Mexico. She frequently appears before the competition authorities and the Federal Courts in Mexico.
