    She has advised and represented individuals and entities, both domestic and international, in the resolution of criminal disputes at the local, federal, and international levels, as well as in constitutional litigation. Her background includes work in the accusatory criminal justice system, where she has defended clients and represented victims in cases involving financial crimes, tax offenses, money laundering, and sexual crimes, among others. Alexa has been involved in all stages of the criminal process, securing favorable verdicts, negotiating alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and avoiding litigation. Additionally, she has participated in constitutional litigation, internal investigations related to anti-corruption, and the development and implementation of compliance programs. She has represented companies in cases of data breaches, asset forfeiture, frozen accounts, and aggressive investigations conducted by specialized law enforcement agencies. Alexa has also worked on pro bono cases, representing incarcerated women who have suffered human rights violations.
