Nallely is an Associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. She is a key member of the Industrial and Intellectual Property area of the Firm. She has solid experience advising international and national corporations in regard to intellectual property matters, distinctive signs (trademarks, slogans and trade names), and domain names. She has solid experience in performing comprehensive searches to determine the viability of use and registration of a distinctive sign (trademark, slogan and/or trade name and its filing and registration with the Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI). Furthermore, she has advised companies on the following: legal strategies in regards to the prosecution process related with distinctive signs, general opinions related to specific distinctive signs (trademarks, slogans and trade names) considering the pertinent Mexican legislation, analysis of direct and indirect competition and legal risks, due diligence, classification of products and/or services in accordance with the Nice Classification and IMPI's criterion; objections, requirements and follow through in documentation with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property.
