Adrián is Partner of both the Litigation and Arbitration Practices of Von Wobeser y Sierra. He has approximately 18 years of experience and frequently appears before Mexican courts and administrative agencies in various types of litigation proceedings, particularly in commercial and administrative law-related disputes. His experience also includes several class action cases, transnational litigations and constitutional law trials (amparos). His practice also expands to public procurement and public works, and he advices on public biddings. Adrián has acted as counsel in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations (ICC, LCIA, ICSID, AAA, ICDR, UNCITRAL, CAM, CANACO) in the commercial, infrastructure, energy, oil and gas and investor-state sectors. He has also acted as arbitrator in commercial cases. Furthermore, he is actively involved in FCPA investigations and due diligence cases.
