Alix is an Associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. She is a key member of the following areas of the Firm: Executive Compensations and Benefits, Labor and Employment Advice and Litigation, Social Security. Her expertise includes counseling in the opening and restructuring of operations which may originate from an M&A, joint venture or subsidiaries. Alix has solid experience in the drafting and negotiation of employment agreements for expats, officers and employees as well as the termination of employment relationships of high level executives as well as negotiation and termination of collective bargaining agreements. She has counseled companies in order to make sure they comply with all requirements mandated by the applicable employment laws, including labor audits. Additionally, she has plenty of experience in labor litigation (individual and collective) before the Mexican Labor Courts throughout the country.
