She has advised and represented a wide range of clients in investigations and sanctions related to absolute and relative monopolistic practices, as well as in other investigations related to abuse of dominance, market regulation, barriers to competition, and essential inputs, ensuring compliance with competition law in Mexico. Montserrat also specializes in litigation, protecting her clients through amparo actions against adverse resolutions issued by competition authorities. Additionally, she has actively participated in the training of compliance and risk prevention programs in the field of competition, developing complex and sophisticated legal strategies, participating in market investigations, and designing and implementing comprehensive programs in this area.
