We hereby inform you that on September 19, 2017, the Energy Regulatory Commission (the “CRE”) informed through its official website that the timeframes and deadlines for the compliance of obligations related to the CRE including those regarding the submission of reports are suspended for the 19th and 20th of September, 2017.
Likewise, today the National Energy Control Center (the “CENACE”) modified the calendar of the long-term auction number SLP-1/2017 whereby the deadline to submit the pre-qualification request for sale offers are extended until September 22, 2017.
The foregoing due to the recent force majeure event which affected Mexico City and surrounding areas.
