Claus von Wobeser gives his opinion regarding the signage of the ICSID convention by Mexico's Secretary of the Economy, Ildefonso Guajardo Villarreal on January 11th. This convention allows investors to initiate international arbitration under ICSID rules to resolve investor disputes once NAFTA is ratified.
