Raymundo is an Associate at Von Wobeser y Sierra. He is a key member of the following areas of the Firm: Anti-Corruption and Compliance, Civil and Commercial Litigation,Commercial Arbitration, Commercial Contracts, Constitutional Amparo and Administrative Proceedings, Energy and Natural Resources, Government Procurement and Public Works, Investor-State Arbitration, Oil and Gas and Public-Works Arbitration. His litigation work comprises analyzing each case, developing a strategic plan, determining the process to be followed, drafting claims and answers to complaints, presenting evidence and dealing with subsequent instances. He has extensive experience regarding public biddings, offering advice on business deals, providing legal support from reviewing the bidding bases to the issuance of the corresponding adjudication, throughout the preparation of technical and economic proposals including the corresponding objections (nonconformity, judicial review, nullity trial, amparo, amparo in review). In commercial and investment arbitration, he has been a key player in both the preparation of documentation, the interrogation of witnesses, procedures related to the nullity and enforcement of arbitral awards.
