As you may be aware, on October 23, 2019, the Official Mexican Standard NOM-035-STPS-2018 issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare will come into force, which indicates guidelines with respect to psychosocial risk factors at work, their identification, analysis and prevention, and for promoting a favorable organizational environment in the workplace.

As you may know, on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 with 445 votes in favor, 0 against and 3 abstentions, the Plenary of the Chamber of Deputies approved reforms and additions to various provisions of the "General Health Law in matters of excess weight, obesity, front warning label of food and non-alcoholic beverages advertising".

With the entrance into force today of the rules established in the CIRCULAR 8/2019 for participants in the Interbank Electronic Payments System and others interested in acting in that role, Credit Institutions, other companies that professionally provide the service of transfer of funds and National Financing of Agriculture, Rural, Forest and Fishing Development, relative to changes to the Circular 14/2017 (Implementation of CoDi transfers) (the "Circular") published by the Bank of Mexico ("Banxico") on May 20, 2019 in the Official Federal Gazette, the Asociación de Bancos de México ABM, A.C. (the "ABM") and Banxico announced the initiation of operations of the new electronic payments platform developed by Banxico called Cobro Digital ("CoDi").

One of the strategic objectives of Pemex’s 2019-2023 Business Plan is to strengthen the financial situation of the company. For this purpose, business schemes that attract external investment for the development of infrastructure projects and thus increase hydrocarbon production will be implemented. One of these business schemes is the update of the Exploration and Production Integral Services Contract model ("CSIEE", for its initials in Spanish).

Today, August 20, the "First Resolution of Amendments to the Omnibus Tax Bill for 2019 and its Annexes 1 and 1-A" ("First Resolution") was published in the Official Federal Gazette, which will enter into force tomorrow, August 21.

On August 9, 2019, the new National Law of Asset Forfeiture ("NLAF") was published, replacing all previous laws in that subject-matter. The reform entered into force on August 12, 2019.

As you are aware, on May 1st of this year the Decree was published reforming the Federal Labor Law and other secondary laws in matters of labor justice, freedom of association and collective bargaining negotiations.

The National Commission for Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (the "CONDUSEF"), published today in the Official Federal Gazette (the "DOF"), the General Provisions of the CONDUSEF on Transparency and Healthy Practices applicable to Financial Technology Institutions (the "Provisions"), in accordance with the Law Regulating Financial Technology Institutions, published in the DOF on March 9, 2018.

As you may know, on December 5, 2018, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation declared that it was unconstitutional that employers are not obligated to register domestic workers with the Mexican Social

Security Institute (until then the Federal Labor Law and the Social Security Law established that registration was voluntary), and therefore it was ordered to create a Pilot Program in order to implement a special social security regime for those workers.

On June 4, 2019 a decree was published in the Official Federal Gazette by which several provisions were added to the Social Security Law, the Social Security and Services of State Workers Institute Law and the Federal Labor Law.
